Puja Procedure (as per tradition)
The puja begins with Swasti Vachan and Shanti Path, followed by the Sankalp, where the devotee expresses the intention of the ritual. After the Sankalp, the priests perform Ketu Stotram recitation, Ketu Mantra Japa, Lord Ganesha Puja, Nag Devata Puja (as Ketu is associated with serpent energy), Kalabhairava and Lord Shiva Puja, and the Navagraha Puja. The ceremony then proceeds to the Ketu Homam (fire ritual), during which sacred offerings such as Durva grass, Darbha (Kusha), sesame seeds, urad dal, black cloth, ghee, sandalwood, incense, neem leaves, and other holy materials are offered into the sacred fire.
