Sodash (Shodasha) Matrika Puja is a sacred Hindu ritual dedicated to the sixteen divine mother goddesses known as the Shodasha Matrikas. These goddesses represent different aspects of the Divine Mother’s power (Shakti) and are worshipped for protection, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment. The puja involves invoking and offering prayers, flowers, incense, and other sacred items to each of the sixteen Matrikas, accompanied by specific mantras. It is often performed during Navaratri, special tantric rituals, or major spiritual ceremonies to seek blessings, remove obstacles, and attain inner strength and harmony.
